New Funding Opportunities

We are pleased to announce the 2016 release of the Request for Applications (RFA) for Investigator Initiated Research Projects (IIRP) and Innovative, Developmental or Exploratory Activities (IDEA) in Stem Cell Research (Rd. 5).  Approximately $35 million is available to support approximately 50 of these awards. To download a copy of the RFA and instructions, visit the New York State Grants Gateway: https://grantsgateway.ny.gov and search using the keywords “Investigator Initiated” and selecting the Department of Health as the Funding Agency.  Letters of Intent are strongly encouraged and due by May 20, 2016 and applications are due by 6:00 PM on June 23, 2016 in the New York State Grants Gateway

We are pleased to announce the release of the Request for Applications (RFA) for Empire State Institutional Training Programs in Stem Cell Research for Predoctoral and Postdoctoral Fellows (Rd. 3).  $7.5 million is available to support approximately four awards.

Letters of Intent are strongly encouraged and are due by May 13, 2016.
